  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress.

4.Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take great care in packaging your saree to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage or shipping issue.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges based on the destination country's policies. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
